At G3 Studios, Gregg Palm and Yvonne Holland craft functional art with an engineer’s precision and an artist’s heart—all in Northern Michigan. Gregg’s journey began as a curious child, endlessly dismantling objects to discover how things worked. From tooling in junior shop class, to earning his Mechanical Engineering degree, to decades as an automotive engineer, the urge to build never faded. Rediscovering hands-on craftsmanship through woodworking renewed his passion for making.
Today, Gregg and Yvonne operate as a true team. Their work is rooted in the tradition of American craftsmanship—turning raw, sustainable wood into artistic, useful gifts. Whether creating one-of-a-kind pepper mills, unique wall hooks, mirrors, or beer caddies, every piece is still 100% made in their own workshop.

Founded in Gregg and Yvonne’s garage in 2003, G3 Studios quickly grew from art fairs and galleries into a recognized Midwest brand.
